Property plans for the financier's private Caribbean island among the released materials.
Furthermore contained in this recent image disclosure is shown to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
The financier bought a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had drawn up development schemes to transform the substantial island by erecting residences, an performance venue, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
You can see the blueprint is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and features a notes section labelling different sections of the estate.
In addition to this are what look to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, featuring designs for marina coverings.
Further documentation released as part of the ongoing congressional release.
